Product Traceability

Cacao harvested by the Matsiguenga people in the Amazon jungle of Cusco; stevia grown by small-scale producers in the Andean foothills using organic techniques.
Cacao beans are traditionally fermented and sun-dried. Stevia leaves are harvested and naturally dehydrated to preserve their delicate sweetness.
In artisan workshops in Quillabamba, cacao is roasted and ground, then blended with pure stevia extract to create a chocolate bar with no refined sugars—only the essence of the ingredients.
Bars are wrapped by hand in eco-friendly packaging and labeled with traceability information that connects each bar to its source community and production process.
